3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service independently. Individuals under 18 may use the Service only with parental or guardian consent. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Account Responsibilities

6. Payments & Refunds

• All consultation fees and plan charges are displayed on the website and confirmed before payment
• Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners
• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted
• Diet plan fees are non-refundable once the plan has been delivered to you
• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours advance notice; no-shows are non-refundable
• Refund requests for unused services must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Share, redistribute, or resell diet plans, recipes, or content without authorization
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Harass, abuse, or send inappropriate messages through the chat feature
• Provide false health information that could lead to inaccurate dietary advice
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access the platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AskHimani.com — including diet plans, recipes, educational materials, designs, logos, text, and software — is the intellectual property of AskHimani.com and Dt. Himani Sharma. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Your personal data and uploaded content (photos, logs) remain your property, subject to the license you grant us to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskHimani.com and Dt. Himani Sharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any adverse health outcomes resulting from failure to follow prescribed dietary guidelines, non-disclosure of medical conditions, or actions taken without medical consultation.
